TIS THE SEASON TO DECORATE YOUR HOME

This time of year just wraps me in a blanket of fierce enveloping ancient mystical energy. Nothing brings me more joy then the season of Fall. I wait impatiently through all the other seasons. Although thought of by many as the end of life in its many forms, I feel the beginnings stirring of spiritual and magickal inner life. The scents, the color, the sound and the vibration renew me.

I found some wonderful inspiring sites online and although I'm still to new at this. I will manage to find the way to share them with you. I'm a Pinterest junkie, (and at the end of my vacation I will probably have to take a Pinter-cation). This first site I visited I found there on Pinterest, called The Decorated House. Please have a browse I promise you will come away inspired.

One thing I have discovered is that the best way to decorate for ANY season is to choose a color scheme and stick with it. Otherwise you will love too many things and be unable to decide. You don't want it to look cluttered although eclectic salvage-thrift chic could definitely be a theme. Over the years I have acquired a large assortment of whimsical Halloween items. This year I have discovered that silver, white and black is a really chic combination without being too fussy.
